Exercising is an excellent way to help you become more fit.  There are numerous different exercises that you can implement into your day without having to purchase a gym membership.  An excellent one would be walking.  If the weather isn’t nice then you could accomplish this at a mall.  If you like to watch television this could be an excellent time to work out.  You could be sitting on your stationary bike working out while watching your television show.
